1. Terms of use

SitePitch provides software that lets partners create websites for local businesses using information from public business listings and from the business owners.
Partners are independent. They set their own price for their customers and are responsible for their own sales, customer service and taxes.
No guaranteed income. What a partner earns depends entirely on the websites they sell. We do not pay partners for recruiting other partners.
Partners must get the business owner's agreement before a website goes live, and must use only photos and content the owner has provided or approved.
Each partner account has a monthly limit on business look-ups. Misuse (spam, fake listings, misleading content) can lead to the account being blocked without refund.
Every live website has a yearly platform fee of ₹999. If it is not renewed, the website goes offline after 15 days.

Partner kit (₹4,999): full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and no business has been added to the account. After that, the kit fee is non-refundable.
Website yearly fee (₹999): non-refundable once the website has gone live.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
To request a refund or cancel, contact us using the details below with your registered mobile number and payment ID.

We collect partner details (name, mobile, email, city) to run the account, and payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store card or bank details.
Business websites show only business information (name, address, phone, timings, photos) that is public or provided by the owner.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, Razorpay, Google Maps).
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time.
